Her role is to oversee the financial and administrative management at ILEG and provide support on human resource management. She oversees financial processing and reporting to various donors Dalma has over 10 years of progressive experience in Project Management, Financial Management and reporting, budgeting and Audit. She is a CPA finalist with a bachelor's Degree in Commerce – Finance from KCA University.

Francis Oremo is an environmental policy specialist with proven track record of research, project management and consultancy on water resource governance, integrated natural resources management, climate change, drought risk reduction, circular economy, natural capital accounting, and WASH. At the Institute for Law and Environmental Governance, Francis is leading environmental policy research, training and outreach on climate change, water, energy, maritime emission abatement, and natural resources management including land governance.

Holding a Diploma in Business Management, I have honed my skills in various administrative tasks essential for the smooth operation of office functions. My expertise includes handling clerical work, managing travel bookings (both local and international), and coordinating meetings and conference logistics in collaboration with the finance department. Now currently undertaking Masters of Science in Geo-information Science and Earth Observation for Environmental Modelling and Management at the University of Lund and Twente.

I am a dedicated social worker with over 6 years of hands-on experience in social work and community development. I have a deep passion for empowering youths and women through financial literacy, particularly in the areas of credit and savings. My work has primarily focused on table banking initiatives, where I have trained various community groups on how to manage savings, access credit, and improve their economic stability. For the past 1 and a half year, as a social worker with the Institute for Law and Environmental Governance (ILEG). I have worked on numerous community projects aimed at uplifting marginalized populations, advocating for sustainable development, and enhancing livelihoods. My role has involved organizing conducting training sessions, and offering personalized support to individuals and groups striving for financial independence.
